Our chefs prepare dishes with influences from all over the world, made with skill and passion. You order one dish per round. Once it is finished, the next course follows. That is four to six courses on average, but the number is unlimited. Side dishes do not count towards it.
There is also an extensive wine and beer list, and our team is happy to advise you on the pairings that suit your dishes best.

Order without limits, a fixed price per person
Frequently asked questions
You order unlimited dishes from our menu, served across several courses. Once you have finished a dish, you order the next course. The dishes are medium sized, so on average you order four to six courses. You can stay at the table and keep ordering for as long as you like, all for a fixed price. Drinks are charged separately.
Ninety is a world kitchen. The dishes are inspired by flavours from all over the world. The full menu is above.

All our chicken dishes are halal. Ask your server which other dishes are prepared with halal products; we use a separate griddle for those.
You can book online through this site or by phone on +31 10 307 30 88. Booking is recommended, certainly at weekends, because the number of tables is limited.
Dinner is € 43.95 per person from age 12, € 27.50 for children aged 7 to 11 and € 17.50 for children aged 4 to 6. That fixed price covers unlimited ordering; drinks are charged separately.
Yes. Children's prices apply from age 4. Because you choose what you order course by course, there is something on the menu for every age.
Yes. The menu has a separate vegetarian section, including vegan satay, vegan gyoza and vegetable-based dishes. Do ask your server about the options.
Dining with an allergy is possible here. Our kitchen team does its utmost to take it into account, but we cannot rule out that a dish contains traces of something you are allergic to. Tell your server which allergy you have and we will guide you through the menu.
We do not have our own parking. Opposite the entrance is Parkeergarage Noord of the Alexandrium Shopping Centre, where parking is inexpensive.
Because of how busy it gets, paying separately is not always possible. We ask for your understanding.

Front of house
You welcome our guests, advise on dishes and drinks and make sure the evening runs well. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the job; hospitality experience is welcome but not required.
